The service. Bayn9 provides Social Automation Hub and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your accounts. You are responsible for the social accounts you connect and the messages your automations send. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and follow the rules of each platform.
Fair use. Don't abuse the service, break the law, or send messages people didn't ask for. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content. You keep ownership of your content, leads, and data. You can export or delete them at any time.
Liability. The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Bayn9 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
